1. Introduction

By accessing www.postuby.com and the Postuby software platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by POSTUBY INC.

2. Description of Service

Postuby is an AI-powered cloud-based SaaS platform for digital content generation, scheduling, and management.

3. Third-Party APIs

Postuby uses APIs from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok. You agree to comply with their respective terms when using our integration features. In particular, your use of our TikTok integration is also governed by the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Policies.

3a. TikTok Integration

Postuby uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API:

  • Login Kit (user.info.basic): We retrieve the user's TikTok display name, open ID, and avatar URL solely so the same user can identify which TikTok account is currently linked, on their own dashboard.
  • Content Posting API (video.publish, video.upload): A video post created in Postuby is published to the user's TikTok account only after an explicit user action (clicking Publish or scheduling a post). Postuby never auto-posts without an explicit user instruction.
  • Per-post settings (privacy level, comment/duet/stitch toggles) follow the user's selection in the publish dialog.
  • Users can disconnect their TikTok account at any time from the /channels page, which immediately revokes Postuby's access to their TikTok data.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Postuby does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we strive for maximum uptime.
